3616504 - Discrepancy between files in National ID portlet and Manage Document tool - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

There exists a discrepancy between the EC portlet (in this example National ID portlet) and the "Manage Document" tool. Specifically, there is no attachment in the National ID portlet, whereas an attachment is present in the "Manage Documents" tool.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Navigate to National ID portlet.
2. Insert a file in attachment field.
3. Select finish 'done' before the end of file uploading.
4. The file won't be saved on National ID portlet.
5. Navigate to Manage Documents.
6. The file will appear there.

This is currently the expected behavior in Legacy People Profile, the file will be added in Manage Documents tool before finishing the upload in the portlet itself.

Note: This behavior is not present in Latest People Profile.
