Symptom

  • After upgrade to S4 HANA 2023 , there is a difference in the address format for the sold-to/ship-to party between the VA02 and VA03 overview screen of a sales order.
  • In VA03, the address format for the sold-to/ship-to party is displayed using ',' or ' ' to separate different address strings. For example: *****, *****, ****
  • However, in VA02, after changing the address by double clicking on the partner, making changes in the pop-up screen, and pressing enter, the address format is displayed using '/ ' to separate different address strings. For example: *****/ *****/ ****
