Symptom

  • server cpu crashed when performing a search in the sap fiori appfinder
  • odata /UI2/FDM_PAGE_RUNTIME_SRV loads to the point that it returns 504 gateway time-out
  • SM66 we can see most of work processes are doing:

    /UI2/CL_FDM_PAGE_DB_ACCESS====CP    500   Sequential Read of DB    /UI2/PGHEADCT
    /UI2/CL_FDM_PAGE_DB_ACCESS====CP    500   Sequential Read of DB    /UI2/PGHEADC
