3616922 - How to delete SAP Analytics Cloud, add-in cache on Mac

There is a requirement to delete cache for SAC add-in, but cannot find the folder in Mac.

1. Close Excel.
2. Navigate to this folder: /Users/<user>.
3. If the 'Library' folder cannot be found under the <user> folder, pressing "COMMAND+SHIFT+." to display the hidden folder.
4. Navigate to this folder: /Library/Containers/Microsoft Excel/Data/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Office/16.0/Wef.
   
5. Search for ‘8a512e2b-c04e-4c06-9235-11b6cd59f584’. Delete all the files/folders returned in the search results.

5. Clear the add-in cache
