3617016 - Forecast result validation - forecast too high or too low

Symptom

During the modeling and forecasting UDF creating demand forecast based on the available sales (consumption) data in the CAR system.
It takes into account various factors (DIF - Demand Influencing Factor) for doing so, like promotions, price elasticity, trend, seasonality, events…etc. 
In certain instances, one may encounter result that different from the initial expectations.
