3617097 - How to edit an Orientation Meeting task - Onboarding

How to edit an Orientation Meeting task once Candidate had the hire date changed and Orientation Meeting was triggered automatically by Business Rule.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

1. System assign an Orientation Meeting automatically based on the hire date;
2. Perform a hire date correction;
3. Attempt to edit/delete the automatically assigned orientation meeting in candidate dashboard;
4. It is not possible edit/delete the task.

Since the task was triggered by Business Rule, it is not possible to edit through Onboarding Dashboard. To perform the change, follow the next steps below:

1. Go to Manage Data;
2. Search for meeting task and user Process Initiation ID;
3. Click on take action > Make correction;
4. Search for future meeting ID in centralMeetingEvents;
5. Change the date;
6. Click on save.

Make sure to have the proper permissions granted to edit the task in manage data if the task is optional
