3617111 - Resume last modified date and time (lastModifiedDateTime) does not match the Resume last update - Recruiting Management

• Is it possible to report on the Resume last modified date?
• The Resume last modified date does not match the date and time of the last Resume update.

It is possible to run a report on the Resume lastModifiedDateTime in Integration Center:

1. Go to Integration Center
2. Click on “+ Create”
3. Select “Scheduled Single File Output Integration”
4. Select entity Candidate
5. Select fields: Candidate ID, First Name, Last Name and Resume
6. Hit Select
7. Go to “Configure Fields”
8. Click on + Add Field > Entity Tree View
9. Find Resume > lastModifiedDateTime:
   
10. Click on Add Association
11. See that the Resume last modified date is the date and time on which the Resume was last updated (example below):
    
12. Go to the Application and use the Inline Viewer to view the Resume
13. Go back to the report in Integration Center and refresh the page
14. See that the last modified date time has now changed (example below):
    
    

This has been confirmed by Engineering as expected behaviour.

When the Resume Inline Viewer is used, in the system backend an attachment Image is created updating the Resume lastModifiedDateTime.
