3617150 - Online backup is failing with insufficient previleges for SYSAUX tablespace

Symptom

Online Backup fails with  error:
BR0301E SQL error -1031 at location BrTspBackAlter-3, SQL statement: '/ BRBACKUP / ALTER TABLESPACE "SYSAUX" BEGIN BACKUP' 
ORA-01031: insufficient privileges 

However, sapdba role is rereated with note 134592 and assigned:

select GRANTEE, GRANTED_ROLE from dba_role_privs where GRANTEE like 'OPS$%';
