Symptom

  • Missing Onboarding tables on Story report.
  • Onboarding story report failing, as tables do not exist.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Resolution

  • If you are the customer
    • Reach out to your certified partner or SAP Product Support
  • For Partners and Product Support
    • Go to Provisioning
    • Go to Manage Scheduled Jobs
    • Find Job "Save Changes To Report Configuration Object Job" 
      • if job is not created, create and execute it
      • If job is created, run the job

Once the job is finished, the tables should appear.
