3617248 - Duplicate Email Validation Issues for Customer Data Cloud Integration - Recruiting Management

Symptom

On 1H 2025, a validation has been introduced to validate duplicate emails if Customer Data Cloud data migration job has been executed.

As part of this validation, few issues have been encountered:

  • Manage Pending Hires process cannot be completed
    • Error: An error occurred when creating a new internal candidate for the line (user ID 1234567). Please ask your administrator to ensure the candidate is created in the system.
  • Internal Candidate Profile cannot be saved
    • Error: Your Work Has Not Been Saved! Please correct the errors below.
  • Concurrent Employment Candidate Profiles cannot apply or save the profile
