3617316 - Fields displayed for certain entitiesin LMS are within parenthesis

Some of the fields in LMS for certain entities, like users, items etc, display within parentheses (as shown in the image below).

• Login to LMS administration
• Navigate to Learning Administration>People>Users
• Search for any User> open the user record
• Some of the fields are displayed within parentheses

This occurs because there is no description available in LMS for that field. This is the current system behaviour 

The display format for the fields in LMS is: Description(ID). 

For example:

• If the Division ID is 1 and the description is One, the display in LMS will be: Division: One(1)
• If the Division ID is 1 and the description is blank, the display in LMS will be: Division: (1)
