SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
- The "Merge button" is grayed out in "Export customizing Transport" app.
- Cannot find Transport Request number when merging requests.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Cause
The Transport Request or the Transport Request to be merged with is not assigned to the current user.
Resolution
In "Export customizing Transport" app, assign the Transport Request or the Transport Request to be merged by the button "Assign To Me" and then merge the requests.
