3617342 - Skills added in a Role readiness assessment show behaviors

Role Readiness form (Performance form) has Skills section with role-specific skills but it is showing behaviors. 

Though behaviors cannot be mapped to Skills.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligent Hub

1. Login to the Customer Instance and proxy as the affected user.
2. Open the affected Performance form.
3. Scroll to the Attribute section and notice that for the one of the Skill, there are behaviors showing up.
4. Check the skill data in Manage Talent Intelligence Hub, there is no behavior mapped.

The behaviors of the skill were not present when the form was created, indicating changes occurred post-creation.

Change the behavior-mode-opt from '5' to '0' for the competency section in the form template XML and launch a new form.
