3617449 - User receives 'Invalid credentials : The url must begin with http:// or https://' error when creating CDS Views connection in Process Intelligence

User receives the following error when trying to setup a connection between their On-Premise S4HANA source system CDS Views:

"checking credentials: rejected. Reason: {"message":"Exception caught, caused by: Invalid credentials : The url must begin with http:// or https://,caused by: Invalid credentials : The url must begin with http:// or https://","status":500,"error":"Internal server error"

This error is caused by the hostname URL provided in the Connection setup not including either the http or https protocol

Even if the source S4HANA system is on-Premise and an on-Premise extractor is used, the hostname must still include either of the above protocols as CDS Views use these protocols for communication
