3617478 - Why Does the Start Time in the Schedule Settings of Import Job Appear to be 10 Minutes Ahead of the Current Time in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)?

The following behavior can be observed in SAC:

• While scheduling an import job, the customer may notice that the start time is set at +10 minutes of the current time and they may get curious why it is like that.

1. Login to SAC.
2. Open a model.
3. Go to data management.
4. Select Schedule Settings and notice that the start time of the schedule appears to be 10 minutes ahead of the current time.

This behaviour is by design.

The system by default chooses a 10 minute window to schedule the import task in the future. The user can finalize the settings during that time. However, if the user wants to schedule it even earlier, they can modify the start time manually (as long as the start time is not in the past).
