Symptom

The following problem has occurred during step execution: com.sap.sdt.util.diag.DiagException: Could not determine database information.
The process launched to connect to the database has not been completed.
Could not complete DMT process. Check the DMTINFO.LOG log file.
Could not execute DMT command dbinfo with arguments /usr/sap/<SID>/SUM/sdt/config/DBINFO.XML.
Return code condition success evaluated to false for process java for action dbinfo.

Command dbinfo has been executed.
DMT has provided the database information in file /usr/sap/<SID>/SUM/sdt/config/DBINFO.XML.
The following problem has occurred during step execution: com.sap.sdt.util.diag.DiagException:
Could not complete the bootstrapping for database DB6.
Could not configure the bootstrapping. See previous messages.
Code is invalid. Valid codes are 700 701 702 703 710 711 720 730 731 740 750 .
