Symptom
Identification ID (for accounts and individual customer) is not available to be added as filter to the global search.
Environment
SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Settings.
- Open Filter configuration under global search.
- Select Individual customer.
- Click on add.
- Notice the field 'Identification ID' is not available.
Resolution
Currently it's possible to add only root entity filterable = true fields in the Filter configuration under global search. This is the reason why the "identification id" which is a sub-entity field can't be added.
