Symptom

In latest people profile, Options in the Action list are not showing anymore in mobile app. 

Message displayed "There is nothing to Show yet".  

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile - Latest People Profile

SAP SuccessFactors Mobile

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to Mobile app
  2. Go click the Employee Profile Icon
  3. Click the 3 horizontal dots on the profile page. 
  4. Select Actions. 
  5. Actions are all blank saying "There is nothing to Show yet".  
  6. Login into Successfactor Web
  7. Access the same spotlight profile of the user
  8.  Select Actions and it will show up the options

Cause

  • Mobile version is outdated.
  • Affected user does not have the following permission for their own data (ess)

 Employee data > User ID

Resolution

  1. Update the version of Successfactor Mobile to 15.1.0.
  2. Please gran the following permission - Employee data > User ID (ensure the granted user is part of target population)
