3617728 - New Hire task delegation does not work - Onboarding

• Onboarding delegation not working
• No error thrown
• Unable to select employee for assign buddy task
• Permissions are assigned correctly

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• Proxy as  user who has been delegated the task
• Tiles for the task are on the users homepage
• Attempt to complete the tasks, task does not load

• User does not have the correct target population assigned to them to access the candidates
• User only has direct reports as target population

1. Create a target population for all external candidates
2. Select the role that has the permissions
3. Navigate to Assignments - select Add Role Assignment
4. Basic information: Target Population User Type set to External Onboarding User
5. Grant Access To:
   • Select Employee
   • From Groups - select group (may need to create groups of the users you require to assign the permissions to)
6. Create a Target Population:
   • Everyone
7. Set Target Criteria as per your requirements
8. Preview the new assignment
9. Save
