3617728 - New Hire task delegation does not work - Onboarding

• Onboarding delegation is not working: Admin completing the task is unable to select employee for assign buddy task. 
• There is no clear error displayed. 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Proxy as  user who has been delegated the task
2. Tiles for the task are on the users homepage
3. Attempt to complete the tasks
4. Task does not load
5. Admin is unable to select employee for assign buddy task

Misconfiguration of permissions.

1. Create a target population for all external candidates
2. Select the role that has the permissions
3. Navigate to Assignments - select Add Role Assignment
4. Basic information: Target Population User Type set to External Onboarding User
5. Grant Access To:
   • Select Employee
   • From Groups - select group (may need to create groups of the users you require to assign the permissions to)
6. Create a Target Population:
   • Everyone
7. Set Target Criteria as per your requirements
8. Preview the new assignment
9. Save
