3617734 - Cannot Restore Deleted Or Changed Notes From An Account

You notice that notes within an Account were changed or deleted and you would like to restore them.

SAP Cloud for Customer

Deleted notes cannot be restored or reverted back to their previous versions.

Please note that SAP Support also cannot perform this action for you.

If the feature/functionality is required urgently, please refer to KBA 3475641 - Functionality Currently not Available.

An alternative option may be to check the corresponding SAP Customer Influence Site to submit an idea:
