3617738 - 'Zip file is empty' and errno 0 after trying cache when trying to upgrade Cloud Connector from SAP CC 2.17.2 to 2.18.0 version in Microsoft Windows

When trying to upgrade Cloud Connector from SAP CC 2.17.2 to 2.18.0  version in Microsoft Windows you receive error message: "The installer was interrupted before Cloud Connector 2.18.0 could be installed. You need to restart the installer to try again."

On SCC traces you find below error message:

java.util.zip.ZipException: Open failed for “<directory>\scc20\log\scc_core.trc.xxxx.zip” with fd xxxx returning message 'zip file is empty' and errno 0 after trying cache.
