3617738 - 'Zip file is empty' and errno 0 after trying cache when trying to upgrade Cloud Connector from SAP CC 2.17.2 to 2.18.0 version in Microsoft Windows

When trying to upgrade Cloud Connector from SAP CC 2.17.2 to 2.18.0  version in Microsoft Windows following error is raised:

"The installer was interrupted before Cloud Connector 2.18.0 could be installed. You need to restart the installer to try again."

From SCC trace (scc_core.trc) following error is perceived:
