3617761 - Recruitment Job Analyser not working as expected - Recruiting Management

 Recruitment Job Analyser is not working as expected, analysis of gender biases in the job description is inconsistent and is not identifying/flagging all the words of gender bias.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Login to the instance
2. Open any requisition>> Scroll down to Internal Job Description / External Job Description section>> click on Job Analyser button on the right of the page>>observe that no gender biased words are flagged even when the description contains words like Feminine / Masculine/Sympathetic/Dominant/male ,etc

This is a known issue

The issue is due to outdated libraries used in the Job Analyser feature.

We encourage customers to use “Gen AI Writing Assistant” feature which offers capabilities beyond addressing gender bias e.g.- it also considers race and ethnicity while adhering to SAP’s AI Ethics guidelines
