Symptom

  • URLs in Guided Tours not working in Ariba
    • When the SAP Companion Guided Tours are clicked to go to the applications area where there should be a guided link, clicking the link points to a different step in the guided tour using (Help4.API.selectTourStep (step number))
      • Clicking the links are not working

  • Error:
