3617773 - No Results from HR_READ_INFOTYPE Post-SAP Note 3413629 Implementation

You are using function module HR_READ_INFOTYPE in your custom program or custom function module. After applying a support package upgrade or implementing SAP Note 3413629, the function module HR_READ_INFOTYPE in your custom program or custom function module no longer returns any results. This causes issues in applications such as ESS, Fiori, HR Renewal,  as well as affecting other standard and custom programs and transaction codes.
