3617823 - "You are not allowed to create the instance" Error due to External Hook Execution

When performing actions on an entity screen, you might encounter the following errors:

• FAILED_PRECONDITION: Error while parsing response data for pre-hook external hook
• FAILED_PRECONDITION: Error while parsing response data for post-hook external hook

Upon checking the Logs tab in Extensibility Administration, you may also see errors such as: "You are not allowed to create the instance 'ABC/' in external hook." Note that 'ABC/' is just an example and may refer to any array.
