3617913 - Internal error when completing custom New Hire Tasks

When manager or other assignees try to complete the custom task, it always incurs an error message "Internal error".

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

An invalid responsible user is assigned for the task.

1. Go to Manage Data >> Custom Task and search with candidate's user id
2. There may be multiple records, and need to check them one by one
3. There will be one or more task with invalid Responsible user id, like NO_MANAGER
4. Click on Take action >> Make correction
5. Remove the invalid Responsible user id
6. Save
7. Refresh odata metadata cache 

Moving forward, please make sure the assignees are available.

If the task is assigned to a group, please make sure there is no inactive user.

For Rehire with old employment, please check if the manager is still the correct one.
