3618000 - Task Revise For Invoice Not Available in Home Work Center for Processing

Symptom

The approver has returned an invoice to the responsible employee for revision. However, the task is not visible to the employee in the inbox view under the Home work center. 

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Home Work Center.
  2. Go to the Work View.
  3. Go to the Inbox subview.
  4. Query Open Items.
  5. Employee Responsible cannot see the Task – Revise Invoice.

Cause

The feature/functionality is currently not part of SAP Business ByDesign.

Resolution

This is the current system behaviour.
