3618011 - SuccessFactors Android Mobile App: Pay Statement Fails to Open with Third-Party Viewer

Android users are unable to view their pay statements in the SF Mobile App. Whether accessed via the "View My Pay Statement" quick action or through Payroll > Pay Statement, the app displays a blank screen. A pop-up appears prompting the user to open the Pay Statement with a third-party application. When a third-party app is selected, the pay statement fails to open, and users may encounter error messages such as:

• "Couldn't load object. Looks like there's something wrong with this object"
• "Unsupported file type"
