3618018 - Report FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE is failing with HTTP-404 Error for ADS on BTP

The Forms Service by Adobe on BTP has been configured, but when testing report FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE it returns a HTTP-404 Error:

Caused by: com.adobe.ads.destination.DestinationException: HTTP-404 Error.
