3618028 - Error J1B_NFE 099 (Numbering in Monitor for RFC execution not allowed) when using report NFE_SEND_DOCUMENT_TO_CLOUD

Symptom

You are using SAP Document and Reporting Compliance, outbound invoicing option for Brazil (also known as "NF-e Cloud") solution and you are using the report Send Fiscal Documents to Cloud (NFE_SEND_DOCUMENT_TO_CLOUD) to number and send the Nota Fiscal document to SEFAZ, according to the configuration of the view J_1BB2V (field CALLRFC = 3 - Numbering & RFC triggered via Batch report (J_BNFECALLRFC)), however, it is appearing the error message J1B_NFE 099 (Numbering in Monitor for RFC execution not allowed).
