3618048 - Cancel Button does not Appear for Approved Time Purchases

Symptom

When viewing approved Time Purchases in Administer Time, there is no cancel button visible.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central > Time Off

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Administer Time Page for the affected employee
  2. Go to the 'Time Purchases' tab
  3. Look for a Time Purchase that has been approved
  4. Note that there is no cancel button 

Cause

It is currently not possible to cancel an approved purchase leave request in the Purchase Time UI due to current system design.

Resolution

To remove the Purchase Time request, an admin can do so in Manage Data. (Manage Data > Time Account Purchase)
