3618060 - Final Forecast Rounding Error In Demand Planning

• Final Forecast values are displayed with decimals despite enabling final forecast rounding.
• The system does not round the forecasts to an even number when "Final Forecast Rounding = yes" is selected.

Demand Planning

1. Go to Demand Planning work center.
2. Navigate to the Demand Plans view.
3. Search for the relevant demand plan , select it and choose the Edit button.
4. In General tab under the Forecasting section, ensure the Final Forecast Rounding option is selected as Yes.

Check the Planning board for this demand plan to see that the Final Forecast values have decimal places.

You have maintained "Display Decimals" value against the relevant Unit Of Measure in "Quantities and Units of Measure" activity.

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Navigate to Implementation Projects view.
3. Select the relevant implementation project and choose the Open Activity List.
4. Search for the activity "Quantities and Units of Measure" and choose the Open button.
5. Select Create and Maintain Trading/Physical units based on the relevant unit of measure.
6. Choose the line item with the Unit of Measure and change the value in field Display Decimals to Zero.
7. Select Save and Close button.

Once the above setup is maintained, the new Final Forecast values will not have decimal values displayed.
