3618080 - Comma mapping in non-English language breaking MPH page - Employee Central

Symptom

  • When instance is in other language (like Spanish or Dutch) than English when clicking in any candidate in MPH->recruiting, the page is blank

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access the instance
  2. Choose a language that is not english (like Spanish or Dutch)
  3. Go to MPH
  4. Click on Recruitment tab
  5. Choose any candidate e click to open
  6. Pages will be blank

Cause

Mapping string datatype from RCM to number field in EC is not supported.

Resolution

Kindly update the mapping to a supported number data type in RCM to be mapped to EC number datatype and validate the changes accordingly.
