3618088 - ADS Spools are completed however there is no printout

Symptom

  • ADS spools got completed on SP01, however, some spools print and some spools does not print out.
  • On a Level 2 trace of SPO process, there is the following error:
    • S  *** ERROR => ADS write (2): Could not open  [rspoads.c    883]
      S  *** ERROR => C call error 094(SPOC): operation WRITEFILE(ADSUTIL) failed [rspoabap.c   829]
      S  *** ERROR => ADS write (3): Could not open \SYS\global\SPOOL0000123456_00001.pdf [rspoads.c    918]
      S  *** ERROR => C call error 094(SPOC): operation WRITEFILE(ADSUTIL) failed [rspoabap.c   829]
