3618100 - Updated report change is not picked up by the existing report schedule in SAP BusinessObjects BI platform

Symptom

  • After modifying a report that was scheduled in SAP BusinessObjects BI platform, the schedule still uses the old copy of the report, instead of the new updated report.
  • When updating a report in Crystal Reports that was already scheduled in SAP BusinessObjects BI platform, the schedule does not show the latest report change, it uses the original report.
  • Is there any option that can be set to not have to re-schedule an updated report?
