3618146 - Unable to add VAS code manually in the PO in ME22N - SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

The following message is triggered when VAS code is added via "Manually Add VAS" option in the ME22N transaction:


    You can't manually adopt the VAS data. See long text.

    Message no. FSH_MSG_CL_VAS320


The VAS code can be added with "VAS details" option without any issue.
