3618320 - Table 'person_view_emp_email_info_xxxxx' is not found validation error in Canvas advanced reporting

• Table 'PERSON_VIEW_EMP_EMAIL_INFO_xxxxx' is not found error in Canvas advanced reporting Validate Page
• Table 'PERSON_VIEW_EMP_EMAIL_INFO_xxxxx' is not found error in Canvas advanced reporting query 
• "Error rendering list report component" when running the Canvas advanced reporting

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Run the Canvas advanced reporting, get "Error rendering list report component"
2. Edit the report, go to query, preview query, can see "Table 'PERSON_VIEW_EMP_EMAIL_INFO_xxxxx' is not found" error
3. Validate Page, can see "Table 'PERSON_VIEW_EMP_EMAIL_INFO_xxxxx' is not found" error

Email type picklist option id in target instance is not same with source instance.

e.g. Email type is referring to Picklist ecEmailType, the option id of business email is "01234" in source instance, however the option id is "56789" in target instance. Once the report is imported to target instance, we'll get "Table 'PERSON_VIEW_EMP_EMAIL_INFO_12345' is not found" error

Use the validation tool to fix the issue:

1. Edit the report
2. Validate Page, can see "Table 'PERSON_VIEW_EMP_EMAIL_INFO_xxxxx' is not found" error, click Edit
3. Select correct email information table from the list, click Update All
4. Then the table which can not be found in target instance is successfully replaced with correct table, the report will work
