3618470 - Attachment field is deleted when entering a new record in Job Information - Employee Central

Standard attachment field is reset/deleted when entering a new record to Job Information.

1. Go to the job information of a user
2. Insert a new record in their Job Information
3. See that the attachment is empty although a value existed

• The attachment field does not forward propagate.
• This is currently a system limitation
