Symptom

  • Error while downloading SAP Note via Note Assistant (SNOTE):
    "Could not open HTTP for SAP_SUPPORT_PORTAL : INTERNAL_ERROR"

  • Below error can be seen while performing connection test for the RFC destination in SM59:
    "User password not consistent for identifier /RFC/SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL 
    Message No. SR127"
