3618701 - Default Value for Teams Collaboration Toggle After Disabling Scoping Question

The default value in the Teams Collaboration Toggle during an appointment creation is set to "yes" after disabling scoping question from BC: "Do you want to enable appointments for Microsoft Teams collaboration by default?"

SAP Cloud For Customer

1. Open the Activities WOC view.
2. Open the Appointments OWL view.
3. Create New Appointment.
4. Toggle is set to "Yes".

With this scoping question, SAP Cloud for Customer application is added to all the appointments enabled for Teams collaboration, and it is possible to see the reference object as part of the meeting.

"Do you want to add reference object as part of Microsoft Teams meeting request?"

1. Open the Business Configuration view.
2. Questions > Look for the Activity Management.
3. Search for MS-Teams Integration.
4. Uncheck the option  "Do you want to add reference object as part of Microsoft Teams meeting request?"
         - With this scoping question, SAP Cloud for Customer application is added to all the appointments enabled for Teams collaboration and you can see the reference object as part of the meeting.
