3618730 - 1H2025_The load for the employee list is not running when you cancel and start again. 

• Creating a new form via Inbox, names appear in the drop-down as expected.
• When canceled and selected again, names do not appear.

1. Login to Instance 
2. Navigate to Admin centre --> Performance 
3. Create a new form in the inbox.

     4. Observe that names appear in the drop-down as expected.

     5. Cancel the operation by using 'Discard' and create again. 

     6. Observe that names field is freezed.

    7. Refresh the page and observe that names appear again. 

This is Known Issue.
