3618772 - A deleted monitoring template is still assigned to the managed system - SAP Focused Run

1. The Simple System Integration (SSI) was executed successfully for the Managed System but seems that it is not assigning a Monitoring Template for the expected Product Group.
2. The Monitoring Templates were transported to the production system, including the deletion of old templates.

In both cases, when checking in the Alerting Directory Browser, there is a template that no longer exists but is still assigned to at least one Managed System. There is just the template ID where the name of the template should be.

Additionally, when trying to manually assign a Monitoring Template via the System Monitoring - Advanced Configuration in the Manual Template Assignment tab, the respective Product Group is not being shown for the affected Managed System, making it not possible to change it.
