3618805 - The business rules with "Show New Hire Onboarding Content" scenario do not work for the home page card - Onboarding

• The business rules do not work under "scenario: Show New Hire Onboarding Content".
• The cards are not showing correctly after configuring business rule.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Configure business rules under Scenario: Show New Hire Onboarding Content to filter the displaying of the cards.
2. Go to Manage Home Page.
3. Click Organizational Updates.
4. Maintain the above rule here.
5. Choose "Target Group" and "Active Period".
6. Observe that the cards are not showing correctly and are being displayed for all external users.

This is a system limitation.

Currently, the system design does not allow for setting the visibility of custom cards using business rules, to show or hide them. 

Business rules can only be used to filter/distinguish the contents displayed inside the cards when it is opened for different candidates.

Please use the Target Group settings in the Manage Home Page tool to control the display of custom cards for candidates.
