3618807 - Upload Button Missing in Latest Workbench - Recruiting Management

• Upload button is missing in the New Applicant Work Bench.
• The "Applicant Information" section in the latest workbench is not loading any fields for all applicants.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Access any applicant
2. Switch to Redesigned workbench.
3. Navigate to Resume and Document.
4. Click Other Document
5. Observe that there is no upload button
6. Observe the Applicant information is not loading any fields

• The Multi Stage Application is disabled.
• However, field permissions are found in the Job Requisition template, not in the Application template.

1. Enable Multi Stage Application from provisioning.
2. Once enabled, remove all field permissions from the Application XML and define them in the Job Req XML as per the RCM Implementation Guide.

Note: The ‘resume’, ‘coverLetter’, and ’statusId’ permissions must be retained in the Application template XML.
