The configured integration flow endpoint is triggered only when business partners are added to the communication system used for the communication arrangement SAP_COM_0223. Otherwise, no message is sent to Cloud Integration, and no entry is created in the message monitor log. Once the BP IDs are set, the message is sent successfully.

In the communication system configuration, business partners typically act as filters. As a workaround to bypass customer restrictions, consider enabling the 'Is Hub System' checkbox. This setting ensures that no business partners are limited, allowing the services, including the EDI invoice outbound service be triggered without limitations.
