3618894 - 1H 2025 "Create Skill" button is missing in Manage Job profile content tool

After 1H 2025 release update "Create Skill" button is missing in "Manage Job profile content" tool. 

The following message is displayed: "Skills can't be created using this page. Please upgrade to Talent Intelligence Hub to create skills."

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

1. Go to "Manage job profile content" tool.
2. Choose "Skills" from drop down menu.
3. Observe that "Create Skill" button is missing and the message is displayed: "Skills can't be created using this page. Please upgrade to Talent Intelligence Hub to create skills."

This behaviour is expected per the guide Creating Skills Using UI:

"If you are using Job Profile Builder and have no skills in the system, you can no longer create skills using Job Profile Builder.

It is recommended that you start using Talent Intelligence Hub to create skills.

However, if you already have one or more skills in the system, you can continue using Job Profile Builder to create skills."

Please upgrade to Talent Intelligence Hub to create skills.
