Symptom

HTML Mashup throws an error "ERROR: No login ticket provided".

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

 

  1. Open Mashup ID (ex CM00005_.
  2. Click the Preview button.
  3. Error "ERROR: No login ticket provided." occurs.

 

Cause

There is a limitation on the size of HTML code that can be added to a mashup. 

If the HTML content is too large (over 2 MB), it may result in errors during rendering. 

Resolution

To ensure proper rendering on our mashup servers, keep the HTML code as minimal as possible. Reducing the size should help resolve this issue,
