3619120 - Maintenance order phase not updated to Post Execution after Main Work Completed status set in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• Maintenance order operations with control key YBM1 are confirmed, and maintenance order is in CNF(Confirmed) status, after changing maintenance order status to OWMC(Main Work Completed), the maintenance order phase still remains in Execution. Expected phase should be Post Execution.
• At least one of maintenance order operations with control key YBM2 is not confirmed.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Edit maintenance order in app Change Maintenance Order.
2. Operation with control key YBM2 not confirmed yet, there's at least one operation that has been final confirmed.
3. Change system status to OWMC(Main Work Completed).
4. Observe that the order phase still shows Execution, sub phase shows Main Work Started.

System expected behavior.

• This only happens when maintenance order contains more than one operations and as least one operation with control key YBM2.
• Operation with control key YBM2 not confirmed yet.
• As soon as at least one operation final confirmed, maintenance order gets status CNF(Confirmed).
• According to status profile settings, order phase will update to Post Execution and sub phase updated to Work Done only when status CNF(confirmed) is not set. So manually change order status to OWMC(Main Work Completed) cannot update order phase and sub phase.
