3619135 - On the Redesigned Applicant Workbench, buttons for 'Upload' and 'Download' are hidden - Recruiting Management

On the redesigned applicant workbench, under 'CV & Documents' on an application, the buttons for 'Upload' and 'Download' are hidden (unless you hover your mouse cursor over them) in the banner that contains the candidates the name.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Login
2. From the homepage dropdown, navigate to Recruiting
3. Open any Job Requisition
4. Click on 'Candidates'
5. Ensure 'New Applicant Workbench experience' is toggled
6. Open any application
7. Click on 'CV & Documents'
8. The buttons for 'Download' and 'Update' are hidden by the the banner that contains the candidates the name that goes across the screen above the CV itself.

Our Engineering team investigated this issue and have advised that a code fix is being developed and will be released as part of the 2H 2025 Release

• 14th November 2025 in Production 

Workaround: You can adjust your theme accordingly to a different colour until this issue is resolved.
