When trying to access Career Worksheet Suggested Roles tab it is giving an error message "Unexpected error"
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Plan
Reproducing the Issue
- Login to customer instance
- Go to Admin Center > Career Worksheet
- Keep's getting an error message "Unexpected error".
Cause
Inactive attribute/s mapped to Roles
Resolution
Suggested Roles tab called all attribute no matter the status. If one is being mapped as inactive and currently mapped to a Role you will receive the error. To fix the issue, set the Attribute/s to Active.
